Last year when I found out about the Jordan Family Reunions, I was so sorry Mother did not live to know about them. I know she would haveloved to have attended them. She was so very proud of her Jordan Family and their history. When we children were growing up, one of my favorite times, was when she would tell us stories of her Mother, Father, Uncle Johnny and Aunt Belle, and of so many others.

2/8/00 - Francis "Frank" Neill Jordan (Francis Jordan Jr. Branch) - Coalinga Record 2-16-2000: "Graveside services were held Feb. 12 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery for Francis Neil Jordan. Mr. Jordan Passed away Feb. 8 at the age of 86. He was a printer for 69 years. Survivor include his sons, Tim of Coalinga; James of Montana; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Coalinga Funeral Service handled the arrangements." He was the great grandson of Francis Jordan Jr. Frank, and was one of the first members in his branch to submit genealogy and history to our committee. His wife Shirley Dee Homes, preceded his in death by six months.
