     Re: Mary J. Fox Jordan. After ggranpa Samuel died, she married Dr. David Winton Dunn on 6 Apr 1873. They lived in Williamson Co. IL and had three children: James, Luther & Lulu. After Mary died in 1878, Dr. Dunn remarried Jemima Edwards and had 4 more children: Theodore, Leonard, Everett, and Harry. Dr. Dunn was fatally shot by a patient named Jesse Joplin in his DuQuoin, IL office 6 June 1914. In the obituary it said all of his children survived him (including those by Mary J. Fox-Jordan) and that Luther and his sister Lulu (she married a Leonard) lived in DuQuoin and James lived in Chicago. The forgoing information was obtained from Jo Cluck great- - granddaugher of Samuel Jordan.
